ALMAT FARMS: When you walk into this resorts, you might think you are in Rwanda but this the beautiful outskirts of Abuja. Based in Kuje it’s about an hour away from central Abuja. A picturesque view with rolling hills, greenhouses, huts, grassy fields, a shallow river and exotic animals. For lovers of nature, this is a perfect blend of nature and luxury. The farms offers different activities such as kayaking, horse riding, picnicking, quad biking, beach volleyball, mountain biking, range tours, guided tours, hiking and petting zoos.
Ushafa Crush Rock: It’s located in Bwari Abuja Nigeria, It’s a long drive, about 45mins- an hour, best to go if you are mobile. For safety reasons, go and return in the day time. Pack up a picnic basket and enjoy the sweet sea breeze. I don’t encourage swimming, as we can’t guarantee the water is safe.
Usuma Dam Bwari Abuja: Located in Ushafa Bwari Area Council Abuja few kilometers from the metropolis. Its a great place for hikers, family picnics, friends hangouts, tourist attraction with a beautiful lake view and abundance of nature that will leave you in awe.
The Six by Lovitoz: Great Dining Experiece, great atmosphere, excellent customer service and delicious platters of food. Located in Utako, Abuja.
Zuma Rock Resort: Vacation at the resort, with rooms as low as 35,000, breakfast included in all packages. Horse riding and cycling activities available at a fee. 40 mins to 1 hour drive from central Abuja. Great dining experience and tour of the resort with free transportation. Golfing activities as well.
