The love story of Sloane and Jozy will keep you grinning from ear to ear. They’ve both known each other since middle school growing up together but they later reconnected in 2016 because Sloane’s family had moved to Fort Lauderdale.
Four years into their relationship, Jozy proposed in April of 2019 with family and friends present. The gallery was decorated with massive canvases of photos from their relationship and all the people who had played a role in Sloane’s life up to that point.
The wedding was set for the first of January, 2022 at St. Regis in Bal Harbour. They worked closely with Event Planner Sara Lowell of Sara Renne Events and the wedding was so gorgeous. Due to the busy schedules of the couple, they relied heavily on Zola to keep track of everything from RSVPs to the registry.
It was a weekend-long wedding that included a tennis tournament, crawfish boil, wine tasting and there was also a gifting suite where guests could shop products from their favourite brands and sponsors.
For Sloane’s Bridal moment she wore a custom Galia Lahav couture dress with shoes by Amina Muaddi and a crystal headpiece by Maria Elena. There was a mirrored aisle and altar which abundantly sparkled as the mid-day Florida sunshine hit them. Jozy opted for a Dior tuxedo and Christian Louboutin shoes.
After the emotional outdoor ceremony, they proceeded into St. Regis for the reception. For the reception, the bride changed into a more streamlined, strapless Galia Lahav ready-to-wear dress with DJ Rock With U keeping everyone on the dancefloor.
